Choirs

Christ the King choirs help bring the congregation to prayer through song.

King's Chorus - The traditional “Kings Chorus” sings for 10:00 a.m. Sundays masses.  The choir is on break from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.  The choir rehearses at 9:00 on Sunday mornings prior to the 10:00 mass.  Special rehearsals are scheduled before major feast days.  Organ, piano, and violin accompany the choir.  New members are needed!  Please be encouraged to join with voice or instrument.

Spirit Choir – The contemporary “Spirit” choir sings for the 5:00 p.m. Sunday masses throughout the year.  The choir practices at 4:00 p.m. prior to the service.  Piano, percussion, guitar, and violin accompany the choir.  New members are welcome and encouraged to join with voice or instrument.

Saturday Schola - The traditional "Saturday Schola" treble choir sings for 5:00 p.m. Saturday masses throughout the year.  The choir practices at 4:30 prior to the service.  This choir encourages participation of youth starting from 6th grade to adults of any age.  It is an excellent choice for those youth who have aged out of the "Little Kings" choir and are eager to continue with music ministry at Christ the King.

Little Kings Choir - The "Little Kings" parish children's choir sings for rotating masses once per month from September through May.  Rehearsals are held from 3:45-4:45 on Mondays.  Children in grades K-6 are welcome.  Click HERE to download a registration form.

Cantors – Cantors lead the congregation in song at 12:00 p.m. Sunday throughout the year and at 10:00 Sunday from Memorial Day to Labor Day as well as for special Masses throughout the year.  Members of the parish are welcome and encouraged to take part in this ministry.

Ladies Choir - Christ the King "Ladies Choir" is a funeral ministry choir singing for parish funeral Masses and for other special liturgies.
