A Nationally Recognized School

Christ the King Catholic School offers developmentally-appropriate curriculum for students from preschool through eighth grade. We are fully accredited by the State of Nebraska and are a member of both the Nebraska Project and Prairie Visions Consortium, and was named winner of the 1992 Nebraska Arts Council's "Governor's Arts Award" for "excellence in Arts Education."

Our school has a 40+ year tradition of providing excellence in academic and religious education. Recent renovations, such as a state of the art science lab, updated Technology lab, art studio, and remodeled classrooms, library and early-childhood center, demonstrate our continued commitment to excellence.

We offer all-day Kindergarten, 3 & 4 year old preschool, and early arrival and extended-day care for the convenience of working parents.

Progressive Curriculum

Our curriculum integrates religious values and education - our main reason for existence - with specialty programs: Computer Literacy, Spanish Language, Art, Music, Science, Reading and Library Science.

Professional Faculty

Our outstanding faculty, several of whom have earned or are working towards postgraduate degrees, are carefully selected each year. Teachers are chosen for their sincere value and appreciation for Catholic Education.

Individualized Attention

We strive to keep most class sizes to a maximum of 20 to enhance the learning of each student, and provide the best opportunities possible for individual growth and development. Our student ratio including teachers and specialists is 11 to 1. Emphasis is placed on providing on-going support, communication and encouragement to parents.
