The Patricia J. Koley Adoration Chapel was built in 2007, named after Patricia Koley, wife of parishioner James Koley. The chapel is open to those who wish to reflect upon perpetual adoration.
Perpetual Adoration is a continuous presence maintained by adorers in a twenty-four hour period. Individuals, married couples, and families are involved in this tradition at Christ the King.
Opportunities are available for parishioners to sign up for a weekly hour of adoration before the Blessed Sacrament in the Patricia J. Koley Chapel. Individuals, married couples and families are involved in this tradition at Christ the King Parish. We invite you to participate. Hours are available. The Nocturnal Adoration Society offers parishioners a structured opportunity to pray in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament exposed on the altar. Membership is open to all Catholics regardless of parish affiliation and age. The Nocturnal Adoration Society membership is split into eight bands, with each band spending one hour in adoration on the first Saturday/Sunday of the month between the hours of 10:30 pm Saturday to 6:30 am Sunday. The hour of each band is rotated each month.
