We need your help!  Christ the King School is going through some old photos and artifacts that has been a part of our 65+ year history, and we need help identifying some items.  Check out the images below (you can click on each image to get a better view), and if you know any information behind these pictures, email Kim Hansen (This email address is being protected from spambots. The Jesus Statue that is located at the front of the school was built in 1926, but in an older picture there was at one time a scepter that Jesus was holding.  We have contacted the builder of the statue regarding having the scepter reconstructed, but all of their records were burned in a fire many years ago.  We are curious what may have happened to the scepter.

Some of our classrooms have these nice podiums that have been used for a long time.  Were these custom built for Christ the King School?

If you walk down towards the east hallway of the school (where our 1st/2nd grade classrooms are) you will see this wonderful painting.  Does anyone know the story behind this painting?  Who donated it?  What year?

This was an event that took place in the school gym, circa year unknown.  Do you know what event was taking place in the gym at this time?

In 1997, Fr. Gass blessed a series of Mary Statues during a Field Day.  Would anyone know how Christ the King got our Statues of Mary?

This picture was taken in 1985.  We do not know the location of where this sign was, but do you know?

Do you know any of the teachers in these pictures?
At one time, there was a flower garden located in the front of the school gym entrance.  We are wondering who planted flowers in front of the Nativity Scene?
(Note: The Nativity Scene, which you can now see when entering the north hallway of the church/Parish Center entrance, was once set up in front of the school)
